SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS AND DISCLAIMER (BEAUTY)

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors may vary depending on your screen. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit sales quantities.

2.1 SAFE USE AND RESPONSIBILITY (IMPORTANT) In accordance with Colombian regulations and the nature of our items, the customer accepts the following:

  • Duty to Inform: It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the label, ingredients, and instructions of each product before applying it.

  • Allergies and Sensitivities: Sunny Hunny is not responsible for individual allergic reactions. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients, you should refrain from using the product.

  • Cosmetic Nature: The products marketed are for cosmetic and beauty purposes only. They are NOT MEDICINES and are not intended to cure skin diseases (such as severe acne or clinical dermatitis). In case of medical conditions, consult your dermatologist.

SECTION 3: ORDERS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. Sunny Hunny reserves the right to accept or reject your order. Your order will not be accepted until we confirm payment. Returns and Cancellations: Your purchases are subject to exchanges and returns in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Right of Withdrawal stipulated by Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute in Colombia), provided that the product is not for personal/intimate use and has not been opened or tampered with, for reasons of hygiene and health safety.

SECTION 4: PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of the order. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT (where applicable) but may exclude shipping costs, which will be itemized before checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information about your purchases and account so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by external transport companies, customs processing, or force majeure events. Once we deliver the products to the transport company, responsibility for transit time lies with that company, although Sunny Hunny will assist with the claims process if necessary.

Our Services, trademarks, logos ( Sunny Hunny ), images, texts, and designs are the exclusive property of Sunny Hunny and are protected by Colombian law and international intellectual property regulations. Sunny Hunny uses Shopify technology, which allows us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are conducted directly with Sunny Hunny. By using the Services, you release Shopify from direct liability for the physical products purchased, as that liability rests with Sunny Hunny as the merchant.

Product Liability: Sunny Hunny will be responsible for the quality of the products according to the legal warranty, but will not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or allergic reactions to declared components (sole fault of the victim).
