Refund policy

At Sunny Hunny , we are committed to the quality and hygiene of our products. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Law in Colombia ( Law 1480 of 2011 ) and given the nature of our products (beauty and personal care items), we establish the following terms:

1. Right of Withdrawal and Hygiene Conditions

In accordance with current regulations, the Right of Withdrawal (right to cancel a purchase) can be exercised within 5 business days of delivery. However, because we sell personal use items, acceptance of returns is subject to strict health and safety conditions .

  • Product condition: To accept the return, the item must be completely new, sealed and in its original intact packaging .

  • Hygiene restriction: We will not accept returns of products that have been opened, tested, used, tampered with, or that have broken security seals . This is essential to ensure that the product has not been contaminated and to safeguard the health of our customers.

2. Application Procedure

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us exclusively at hello@sunny.com.co within the established timeframe, sending:

  1. Full name.

  2. Cell phone number.

  3. Purchase order number.

  4. Reason for the request.

  5. Clear and detailed photos that demonstrate that the product is sealed, undamaged and in its original condition.

Important: We will only process requests sent to our email address that meet the described timeframes and conditions.

3. Approval and Reimbursement Process

Once the request and the product (if a physical return applies) are received, our quality team will inspect the item to verify that it has not been used or contaminated .

  • Approval: We will notify you via email if the refund or exchange is approved.

  • Refund: If the withdrawal is approved, the money will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 calendar days (according to law).

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal (customer decision) will be borne by the buyer .

4. Exceptions and Exemption from Liability

Sunny Hunny is not responsible and will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products with evidence of use, however minimal (due to risk of cross-contamination).

  • Physical damage, breakage or spillage caused by mishandling by the customer or third parties (after delivery).

  • Unauthorized manipulations or openings.

  • Allergic reactions not previously reported as a concern (it is suggested to check the ingredients before purchasing).
