At Sunny Hunny , we work to ensure your favorite products reach you as safely and promptly as possible. Below, we detail how our logistics process works.
1. Coverage and Carriers
We ship nationwide in Colombia through certified partner transport companies, guaranteeing safety and coverage in your destination city.

Shipping location: All our orders are prepared and shipped from our main warehouse in Medellín .

International Shipping: We do not currently ship directly outside of Colombia through our website. However, if you are located in another country, please contact us and we will gladly try to connect you with authorized distributors in your region.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
It's important to know that the total time to receive your order consists of two stages:
A. Processing Time (Internal): This is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and deliver your package to the carrier.

Standard time: 1 to 3 business days .

Days of operation: We process orders from Monday to Thursday .

Note: Orders received on Fridays, weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (usually Monday or Tuesday).

Peak Seasons: During promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Days), launches or the end-of-year season (November-December), preparation time may be extended up to 5 business days due to the high volume of orders.
B. External Transit Time: Once the package is in the hands of the courier, the estimated delivery time is:

Major and intermediate cities: 4 to 8 business days .

These times may vary depending on the carrier's logistics and external factors (weather, road conditions).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Current estimated shipping costs are:

Medellín Metropolitan Area: $14,000 COP

(Includes: Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, La Estrella).

Rest of the Country (National): $18,000 COP

San Andrés and Providencia: $30,000 COP
Important: These prices may fluctuate without prior notice depending on the rates charged by the shipping companies. The exact final price will be displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
4. Payment Methods and Cash on Delivery
In www.sunny.com.co All orders must be paid at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.

We do not offer cash on delivery: For logistical and security reasons, we do not accept cash upon delivery.
5. Tracking and Notifications
We'll keep you informed!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notifications with the tracking number and shipment status to your email and/or your registered WhatsApp .

It is the customer's responsibility to track the package with the carrier once the waybill is generated.
6. New Features in Delivery

Incorrect addresses: Sunny Hunny is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If the package is returned to the warehouse for this reason, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee for reshipment.

Delivery attempts: The carrier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to our facilities.
